What is Fast Cleansing?

Cleansing and enhancing the body and mind has been a personal pleasure and passion of mine for several years. This fasting opens up the inner Source to the subconscious mind.
The average person carries around in their bowel 25-45 POUNDS (often more) of PURE TOXIC WASTE that is poisoning the body.
The bowel feeds the blood. The blood feeds every cell, tissue and organ
in the entire body. If the bowel is toxic, so is the rest of the body. These toxins in the cells and body block the flow of light into the body and keeps the body weighed down. This does not allow the vibrations in the body to get lighter or higher. In removing these toxins, the body becomes both lighter and "lighter" and the vibrations become faster and higher. This does not allow the Source to be easily reached. The cleaning of the cells of these toxins opens up the body and subconscious to the Source we all seek.
This is also what leads to PREMATURE AGING and DEGENERATIVE DISEASE.
Having days without putting solid foods into the body and cleaning this body with water and lemon removes all the toxins and enlightens the cells. This is known as a "fasting".
It is of the utmost importance and effectiveness for NO SOLID food to
be ingested during the cleanse. That will stop the process of
detoxification and elimination of toxins. Your body needs 100% of its
energy to rejuvenate, renew and rebuild itself. Did you know that

really.

and then toxic overloads are expelled from the liver, kidneys, blood,
lymphatic system, along with the colon. This allows the entire body to

remove 25 to 50 feet of toxic rubber-like mucoid plague during the 7
days of the cleanse.
