You may check in anytime after 4 pm. Please arrive at the latest by 6pm for a pre-cleanse meal with fellow fasters. We can relax and chat about the up-coming exciting week and I can answer any questions you may have at that time before starting the cleanse the next morning. Check out will be by 3pm.the last day of the cleanse.
