Here's the content for March Juices and Smoothies March Events Recipe Juices and Smoothies Here are two of the most effective ways of getting nutrition into the body relatively quickly. What are they and how do they work? Juicing: Putting the produce through a juicer and separating the juice and the pulp or fibre. The pulp or fibre is removed from the finished product. Smoothies: Blending the produce or fruits in a blender and breaking it down into a smooth drink. The pulp or fibre remains in the finished product. This difference in the end result of the product is the difference in which the body is able to use them. The juice is by far the most effective and fastest acting of the two drinks in the body. The juice does not have to be digested by the body because it does not contain any of the fibre. Therefore it is absorbed into the blood stream instantly and able to assist in the beginning of the healing process. The body gets mega amounts of enzymes directly as well as the blood gets the nutrients it needs to begin cleaning. This is very imperative to the body that is failing and needs a boost of nutrition to clean and heal with. The smoothie has the fibre. remaining in it
and therefore it must be digested before it is taken into the body. This
process may be impaired if the bowel has not been addressed and still has the
plaque in it and does not allow the nutrition to get into the body properly.
This smoothie must be digested and broken down because of the fibre. This
process will also take much longer than having the juice ingested into the
blood stream almost immediately upon drinking it. Here is a great "Green Juice"
that instantly gives you good enzymes, and tons of chlorophyl upon
drinking it. Especially taken on a daily basis. It rebuilds the enzymes
in the digestive track if you are having a problem digesting any of
your foods. Take
enough greens(lettuces, kale, dandelion,etc.)and put through a juicer
to make yourself a 1/4 cup of concentrated juice. To this add 1/4 cup
of water. Drink right away. The results of the health issues or well being being felt will take much longer with the smoothies than it will with the juices. If the bowel issues are addressed it still will take the smoothie longer to be useful to the body than the juice because of the fibre factor, although they are both wonderful ways to get quick nutrition into the body. It is much faster than eating your live foods whole and/or processed into recipes. The digestion period is much longer. The one bowel cleanser that I have found that will address the plaque issue in the bowel is here. It gently softens and removes it without harming the body or being abrasive to it. It will also clean the whole body of toxins. **************************************************
