Are We Anaemic?

In my experience and research, I have found that anaemia is rampart in both vegetarians as well as live raw fooders just as much as it is in cooked food eaters.   Anaemia can range from mild to advanced depending on the condition of the persons bowel.  If this bowel has not been addressed to remove the sticky, hard black plaque that is in the bowel and it’s absorbing organs, the person becomes anaemic because of the lack of nutrition getting into the body to feed it.   It does not matter what kind of food is eaten, the nutrition from that food is blocked from entering the body.

This plaque has been building with the bowel for many years, in fact since the body was introduced to cooked baby foods as a child way back then.

The body cannot use these foods as they are dead foods and therefore it tries to digest them to extract as much nutrition as possible from them.

In this process the body keeps pushing these unused foods through the body and it arrives in the bowel like a pulverized mush. The absorbing organs become filled with this mush then it clings to the walls of the bowel.

After a time the bowel begins to become sluggish from trying to move this caked, hard, collected stool and compaction begins to take place.

Some conditions that may begin to happen in the body are:
*Constipation
*Diarrhea
*Blockages
*Strictures
*Bloating
*Gas Pains
*Irritable Bowel Syndrome, etc.

Those changing their diets to include more live raw foods continue to have this same challenge as the foods are being digested but the nutrition is not arriving in the body because of this plaque.

In my experience as a Holistic Healer for sixteen years, addressing the plaque in the bowel is the most important part of the body functioning and being healthy.  This cleaning of the bowel allows nutrition from the eaten foods to be received in the body to assist in healing and rebuilding the body.

These are the steps to take to get our body absorbing the nutrition from the foods we eat.

1. Clean the body with a very good bowel cleanser like the Herb Cocktail, that gently softens and cleans out the plaque from the bowel and the toxins from the rest of the body

2. Rejuvenate. Once the plaque is removed the body will be using the nutrition to begin to rebuild the cells in the body as they are cleaned out from toxins

        3.  Rebuild.  The body will become stronger and more active as the nutrition
continues to rebuild the cells within the body. The body rebuilds:
            *Cells
            *Tissues
             *Bones,
             *Muscles
             *Tendons
              *Hair,
              *Nails
              *Skin
              *Organs, etc.

One thing that works really well to assist the body with nutrition as the bowel is being cleaned of the plaque is to juice the foods one would eat instead of eating them as whole foods. These whole foods cannot be easily digested, but the juice goes directly into the blood stream and gives the body the nourishment it needs to have to start cleaning and rebuilding the body.

I administer this as a “Green Drink” each morning by juicing a handful of greens, until I have a 1/4 cup of concentrated green juice. I then add 1/4 cup water to this juice and drink it. This drink adds chlorophyll and enzymes to the blood stream assisting in the rebuilding of the enzymes in the body.

This has proven to be the most effective method of cleaning and rebuilding as the bowel is being cleaned of its plaque.  It does not take much to chase anaemia from the body. We begin to have more energy and vitality.

If we are lacking energy and tired all the time clean out the bowel and start having a “Green Drink” every morning. We will change our body and our health.

Spring Into Spinach!

Spinach gets its reputation from not only the great taste but by delivering head –to- toe health benefits.

The magnesium and potassium stored in spinach gives tiredness a new meaning.  That’s because the magnesium flushes fatigue  inducing salts from the cells and ushers in potassium, which is essential for converting blood sugars into energy.

According to researchers at the Lund University in Sweden, having as little as 1 cup of Spinach daily can double your energy levels in as little as a few days. This definitely holds true when the Spinach is not cooked and eaten raw.

Nibbling on spinach every day can reduce the severity and frequency of severe chronic headaches by an astonishing 50%, according to a Belgian study.

The credit goes to the riboflavin, a B-Complex Vitamin in the spinach that helps to form flavin adenine dinucleotide. This is an enzyme which makes the brain more resistant to headache triggers such as stress, by enhancing the organ’s oxygen level and stabilizes the energy output from the brain cells.

One cup of spinach has a mere 41 calories and is scrumptiously slimming. The leafy green delivers 25 percent of the recommended dietary allowances of calcium, which binds to the fats in the intestines and shuttles them from the body before they can be absorbed. Also, calcium suppresses the body's output of a hormone called Clairol which is a hormone that promotes fat storage in the belly area. The result is that pounds melt off at twice the usual rate. Always add spinach greens to your morning drinks.

Just 1 cup of spinach carries the recommended dose of 200 percent of Vitamin K for the day. In one Japanese study this nutrient reduces the existing calcification of the arteries. This leading cause of heart dies-ease was reduced by 95% in three weeks. What’s more the Vitamin A and Vitamin C in spinach thwarts the oxidization of LDL(bad cholesterol), preventing it from accumulating on the blood vessel walls, causing the arteries to plug.

All in all spinach is one of the leading health benefits in the green leaf veggie world. Did you have your spinach today?

Health Risk

A research team has discovered that the high levels of caffeine and stamina-enhancing taurine in a single energy drink (like Red Bull) can make blood "sticky" thereby elevating the risk of blood clots.  People with hypertension or cardiac dis-ease are advised to avoid such drinks.

                                         ***********

All energy drinks have a high sugar content and are lethal to the system causing sugar induced dis-eases. Hypertension being one of them.

                                      ***************

Caffeine kills the enzymes in the body and causes the body to be stressed.

Any caffeine containing foods such as coffee, tea, cocoa, soft drinks, etc fall into this category.
