Vitamin"D"

Are you getting your share of Vitamin "D" from all this wonderful sunshine? Yes, being out in the sunshine to get your "D" rays is the only way the body can absorb it. . When the body also gets the proper nutrition, the body will make its own Vitamin"D". These are a couple of points to take a better look at.
The body is like a large sponge and therefore it can absorb anything that is put near or onto it. This is why our environment can affect our health in all manners of ways.

This includes any natural elements that can "feed" our body by just being in the neighborhood of the "food". The clean, or otherwise, natural environment "feeds" us such things as vitamins, minerals, air and all other components that our body needs to live on this planet. Vitamin "D" is one of the elements that is absorbed by the body from the sunshine, we cannot feed it Vitamin "D" and have it used by the body.

It is FREE and it only takes 10-15 minutes a day without sun screen. Do you want to be listed as Vitamin"D" deficient? You need not be.
This also helps the body to make its own Vitamin "D".

Therefore the use of supplement, or injected Vitamin "D"s that are put into the body will not be used and will turn into an acid in the body. Defeating the very reason that it is being taken. To make the body healthy.

The other way of getting your Vitamin "D" is by feeding the body the nutrition that is alive and able to assist the body to build it's own Vitamin "D". Yes, Vitamin "D" is made by the body just as  the enzymes in the liver and pancreas are made by those organs. Upon receiving the alive foods that assist in the building of them. Why do they have to be alive?  Because once they are cooked they are dead foods, cannot be used by the body and therefore these foods cannot rebuild or make anything and are just turned into acids within the body. This only makes the condition worse.
