Did You Know....??

that what we consume as food not only feeds and satisfies the body, but fills ones soul with conscious awareness.  At this time it is also conveying information directly to the one eating, from all of the Universe. The person becomes many times superior to their fellow man in terms of inner energy, keeness of mind and quickness of thought. The researching has brought this to the forefront in a huge way.

The clarity and keeness is so apparent that one thinks they may be looking & thinking through a crystal glass. The veil disappears.

The lighter and more natural the foods, such as uncooked, whole foods the more apparent is the conscious awareness.  Another tribute is the endless memory, creativeness and energy one develops. We truly are and become what we consume, as the body & soul will respond to what we put in our body for food.

When we eat the cooked foods, the body does not do the above, it becomes heavier, thicker & more uncreative from it. These foods do not digest as easily in the body as the uncooked foods, therefore the body has to work harder & longer to digest that food and takes away from the good energy of the body.  We become less functional and lose much energy. The Universe cannot get through the mass of solids to make you the creative, energetic, light person it tries to help you to be. Light cannot enter the darkness of toxins & heaviness.

Eat for conscious awareness.

Have You Ever Tried....?

Making nut milk or nut seed milks by putting the liquid through a sieve or a piece of cheese cloth? Yes they do separate the liquid from the pulp, but mostly you will have a milk that is full of gritty pulp and not very tasty or palatable....which may turn people off of wanting to drink it.They do not want to have to chew along with drinking when they have a glass of this milk.

Here's What You Have To Say This Week....

100 days on Raw Food

I have been eating only raw food for the last few months, and the changes that I've seen are incredible. Not only have I lost weight (23 lbs), but I feel so much better. I feel lighter, have a lot more energy, and am a lot happier! After having two children, I allowed my weight to creep up over the years, until I found myself at 170 lbs. (Too much for my 5'5 frame).
I was starting to feel depressed and hopeless, and every diet I had tried seemed to fail, and quickly. I would eat well and exercise for up to a week, then lose all control and binge. It was a cycle I did over and over again.  Then I discovered the raw food way. I went cold turkey, from pepperoni pizza to green smoothies, and didn't have a bad detox like I had expected. My problem was sugar. I couldn't get enough of the stuff. When I found that I could still have sweet things while eating raw, I was a lot happier. All of a sudden an organic date or a mango was what I wanted and craved. And there were so many raw food recipes to choose from online. The best thing that I have discovered about eating raw food is this: I have no guilt anymore about what I put in my mouth! I can eat what I want and as much as I want as long as it's raw, and there are no guilty feelings. I am trying to listen to my instincts, and this tells me when I have had enough of one food, or I am needing more of another. Green smoothies have been wonderful for me. I have found that the more greens I consume, the less cravings for cooked food I have. When your body gets the nutrients it needs, the cravings go away. How wonderful! Someone said to me the other day," How can you deprive yourself of all these "cooked" things?"  and I said, "its not about depriving myself, it's about loving myself, enough to give my body what it needs, in oder to function at the highest level. Think about it, when your body is running on top quality fuel, you're going to feel terrific! M. Victoria

Recipe.....

Organic Nut Snacks


1 cup Almonds or Walnuts
5-6 Medjool Dates
2 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Put all ingredients in food processor and process until a soft dough
Remove from processor and roll into large ball.
Take off about 1/2 tsp. Of the ball and roll again into small ball.
When finished rolling all the mixture.
Put 1/2- 1 Cup of Organic Ground Coconut into a paper bag or saucer.
Roll each ball in this coconut until completely covered.

You may also roll in ground nuts of your choice.
You may also add any other ingredients you would like to this mixture
For example, nuts, raisins, cranberries, etc.
