  Spicey Soup

   3/4 Cup Celery and Leaves cut into pieces
     2 1/2 Cups Water, may be Cucumber Water

  1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  1/4 Cup olive Oil
         1/4 Cup Lemon juice
  1/2 Cup Raisins
                         1/2 Cup Fresh Basil broken up
             
   Combine all the above in  a blender until smooth.

Then add the following:

1/2 Red Pepper chopped
   Handful of Carrot chopped
                 1/4 Spicey Pepper Jalapeno is good

Blend again until all is smooth.

Serve with crackers and Butter.
  





  I’m Beautiful Blueberry Pie 

    Crust: 2 Cups Walnuts                    ground saving 

    1/2 Cup for topping
    10 Madjool Dates
    1/4 Cup Lemon Zest               
     1-2 Bananas-sliced

  Combine Walnuts, Ground          Dates and Lemon Zest together until a soft ball is made

   Save 1/2 cup  for Topping
   Mould into pan and Place sliced Bananas on top of crust to cover completely. 

     2 cups Blueberries

 1 Banana, diced small or   sliced very thin

Mix together and put aside

 In Food Processor put:

     2 cups blueberries
     6 Medjool Date
     1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
     1 tsp. Cinnamon
     1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
     1/8 tsp. Sea Salt

     Combine above ingredients in Food Processor until well combined. 

Pour this batter into bowl with whole blueberries and a diced banana and  mix until thoroughly combined.  

Pour  this mixture on top of sliced Bananas  in pie crust and spread out until even. 
 

Spread crust, put aside, over apple filling as crumbs.
